A classic New Orleans design, the fleur-de-lis, is associated with so many wonderful and beautiful things. The fleur-de-lys, translated from French as "lily flower", is a stylized design of either an iris or a lily that is now used purely decoratively as well as symbolically, or it may be "at one and the same time political, dynastic, artistic, emblematic and symbolic.

Our distressed hand-printed messenger bags are constructed of 100% cotton heavy canvas with cotton webbing straps and antique brass turn buckles on the front flap. Each has a perfectly sized zippered pocket inside and will fit a notebook computer and a few books.
