Online orders and shipping time?
Our online store is an extension of our retail storefront in New Orleans, so most t-shirts are available immediately. We typically package and ship orders within 3 business days; however, if an item is out of stock, the full order will ship within 10 business days (weekends don't count!). All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday through Friday, and payment is not processed until your tees are on their way to you. So, if you have not been charged, your shirts are still waiting to leave the store.

How are your t-shirts sized?
Our t-shirts are 100% cotton and will shrink! If you dry them on high heat or wash in hot water they will shrink even more. Our "girls" t-shirts are cut to fit tighter than your standard t-shirt and run very small. Our "guys" t-shirts are the standard size tee and work well for everyone.

Why "Metro Three"?
When we lived in Paris, the Sentier station on the Metro Line 3 was just up the street from our apartment. Naming our store after the metro line was our way of bringing part our daily french encounters back home to the streets of New Orleans.

Exchange?
We will gladly exchange new items (unworn and unwashed) if the size is not quite right. Just send us an email: metrothreeonline@yahoo.com regarding the exchange and ship the item(s) back to:
